Even when ordering drinks, there was neither a drinks menu nor a wine list, no recommendations, and no guidance whatsoever. You 're asked in an unfriendly tone what you 'd like to drink and expected to order spontaneously, without knowing what 's available. When serving, she reached across the table with her entire arm, which seemed very unprofessional. The menu is passed around the restaurant on a large chalkboard. Questions about dishes were clearly unwelcome and were answered rudely. Moreover, the menu has remained unchanged for years – the dishes look just like they did five or six years ago. Even at Christmas time, there isn 't a single seasonal or Christmas-themed dish. As a greeting from the kitchen, a slice of sausage was served without being asked, without first inquiring whether pork was desired or tolerated – at the very least, inconsiderate these days. The impolite tone continued when it came to wine – again, without a wine list or any information. Conclusion: good food, but unpleasant, unprofessional service. Unfortunately, not a restaurant we would recommend.

Although the place is doing well and the food is solid, the overall impression is massively tarnished by the owner. She comes across as extremely arrogant and unfriendly, and she seems to have never heard of professional guest service. Anyone who doesn't want to drink wine will quickly feel that they are not particularly welcome here. I have never experienced such treatment of guests before. It's a shame, because with a little friendliness, this restaurant could really impress, but I certainly won't be coming back.

The lady of the house showed us a lovely table on the terrace. We felt very much at home from the very first moment. The menu, which we put together ourselves, ranged from excellent to magnificent—even the dessert was a true feast for the palate. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much and express our respect to the Maître de Cuisine—it couldn't be better. We would be happy to come back.
