I have eaten at the Hollow 3 or 4 times when I travel up to Albany for work from Stamford, CT. The food is DELICIOUS and the space is trendy and comfortable. I opted to have our office holiday party here as a result. We had an AMAZING time. The food was delicious. I understand that ordering takeout can be a gamble, but I decided to give it a shot and ordered the surf and turf burger topped with butterfly shrimp. I rarely leave reviews, but if you're going to showcase a photo of a dish, I expect the presentation to match what I receive. When I finally tried the meal, I found the burger to be just okay. Food quality had gone way down as of recent. Still love the atmosphere. Staff was pleasant. But food wasn't the greatest
The chicken Riggles tasted great but there was only one slice of chorizo in the dish and that was disappointing.
Stuffed in for a holiday drink with some coworkers. Bartender was very pleasant
