I have eaten at the Hollow 3 or 4 times when I travel up to Albany for work from Stamford, CT. The food is DELICIOUS and the space is trendy and comfortable. I opted to have our office holiday party here as a result. We had an AMAZING time. The food was delicious. What Toy T doesn't like about The Hollow Kitchen:
I know ordering take out can ne risky but I took a chance and ordered the surf and turf burger which is topped with butterfly shrimp I'm fare and don't usually leave reviews but if your gonna display an image of a meal at least I expect to get the same presentation once I really try the meal the burger was ok I asked for the shrimp well grilled the shrimp was undercooked and not one of them was butterflied just raw s...
