Been here a few times with my family and the food is truly exceptional. They have unique menu with fresh ingredients, and the staff is always pleasant.

First time at the new location and totally loved it. Sat at the bar and ordered a couple of appetizers with our cocktails. The bartenders Ozzy and Carlos were excellent and super attentive. The pour for the wine and bourbon we ordered was plentiful. We ordered the goat cheese toast and slab bacon salad which were both delicious. Roost has to be one of the best restaurants in the area. The food is consistently right on the mark. Last night we had the chicken, filet, pasta, and tile fish. All cooked to perfection. You pick your side, your protein, and then the sauce you want. I had the chimichurri on the tile fish. Best I ever had. The doughnuts and dipping sauces are a great way to finish. You must go to Roost. Reservations recommended.

3.5 stars. Food was good, but the wine list is not. We are into wine and tried a few but could not find a good option so we had cocktails. A shame because the food quality deserves better. Meh, it's not the city I guess.

Dinner with a friend. Called last minute for a table, and was offered the walk in table. The service was attentive with lots of personality. We had menu favorites, goat cheese toast with mushrooms is heavenly (can't wait to try again, I'll ask for extra mushrooms). A fish special?? (similar to branzino), fresh and spicy. Not a dish we will order again, based upon personal taste, perfect for others. We'll be back again.
