In Shirley, there are not that many options when it comes to Japanese food. It is worth noting that Okeno Sushi is one sushi restaurant that is not Hibachi style. I brought my client to Okeno Sushi for lunch today. The restaurant's interior is not large but consists of a narrow hallway. Easily one of my favorite places to get sushi. Made fast and always fresh stuff in it. Great taste.

Top quality sushi at affordable prices, helpful pleasant staff in a comfortable atmosphere. Update (Dec 2022): Haven't been able to come back to Okeno in a couple of years, happy to report that the sushi is as amazing as we remembered!

Love this place. It's a little small so I usually do take away, but the food is always amazing. I'll keep coming back.

Ok, I've been coming to this place for a few years now and can definitely say they've always been so delicious. Their food tastes fresh and clean. Like not too heavy on the belly. The employees are also great.
