I ordered my food my wait time was 5 minutes not bad

Thanks for letting me use a locked up restroom and requires key not buzz in — still ghetto ny. Ordering: they dint let you order at the counter, they force you to use a kiosk. I said force (Mexican force too). I felt I was being uh uh uh edu-ca-mated (mated haha). I felt I was in Mexico and not the ciudad Mexico con cultural!!!! Yeah that nutty!

Every time you pick up a mobile order from this place. It takes them 2 to 3 minutes to receive my food. I thought it was because the place was busy but come to find out they believe anybody who comes in there with their phone is either DoorDash or Uber eats so they take the sweet time giving them their food. I witness this first hand. That's really messed up because those guys are working just like they are. They should treat them just as they treat any other customer.

Stale buns, horrible service which resulted in the use of a kiosk. Way too many kids hanging out in location. Bathrooms were locked even for customers. Ridiculous.

Great McDonald's immaculate and a nice atmosphere not crowded and very spacious
