They are not yet running at pre COVID-19 capacity. There is no tea tasting right now, no restroom and the tea selection and quantities available for purchase is limited. You can still purchase teas, accessories, and take out from the cafe. There is outdoor seating.

Loved the Cinnamon Blend, Russian and Puer. I didn't have a great experience on the Cafe side as the guy taking orders seemed new and should've been better supported. This resulted in us waiting about 20 minutes for a Cinnamon roll and non warmed scone, despite us sitting right in front of the register.
