Service a bit lack luster. My plate got taken away while there was still food on it and I had mentioned to the server prior that I was still eating. There's enough variety on the menu, that while its not too extensive, it will keep most interested for many visits. The sauces are great, I loved their coconut curry chicken. I also had the “spicy crispy chicken”. For that dish, the chicken seemed precooked and it came out cool/cold. I would have expected a wok dish to be freshly cooked so despite the good flavors Fatt Root only deserves 4 stars.

The place is set up like a take out place. They have tables to dine in if you want. I had kale dumplings and the salmon bowl. Everything was full of flavor. I also tryed their red Thai curry, it was fantastic. The decor is a little sparse and the seats were a little uncomfortable. If you take out the place is a home run.
