Its always been a long wait, but there is 0 urgency, no customer serivce or even care in reguards to wait times. 18 minutes for 4 dogs, 2 fries with only 2 cars in line… unacceptable in my book. I get when the line in the road, but like cmon these guys really stopped caring about efficiency years ago. They have 2/3rds of the business figured out, local staple and tastes good but you might have a birthday before you get your food.
