The choice of wine is very important and good information and support until the corkage is very appreciated. In the meal, in our opinion the clams were swimming in an overwhelming sauce that drowned their nature. The good: the magnificent foie gras, soft and delicious perfectly accompanied, the crayfish tartare is absolutely ten and a fig dessert not at all cloying.
