We stopped there for a quick lunch with a cousin to catch-up on family developments, and had a great lunch. With our drinks (a white Godello), the tapas the rigour where callos, or beans with tripe, as this was came the carnival season. I like callos; my wife less so. She skipped the tripe, and enjoyed the beans. On my cousin 's recommendation, we shared a Tortilla de Betanzos, a Tortilla de Patatas/or Spanish Omelet with a very soft and juicy center. It was delicious! Also very good, were the Fried Trout, which were the size of sardines. The service was excellent: fast and friendly. The seating cozy, and somehow, though the place was packed, we were able to have a conversation without straining or shouting. Everyone was in a good mood, and many of the customers were dressed in costumes, as if it were Halloween. The tab was quite reasonable. Highly recommended.
