Hi... read more This is my favorite Italian restaurant in Phuket Town. Food is superb full of flavor. Super cheap with decent sized portions. Pizzas and pastas are all good. Highly recommend the 4 cheese gnocchi and bolognese. Staff are friendly and attentive. In a quiet alley so not too much street noise. Plenty of free street parking mostly for bikes. The restaurant was almost empty and the cook was screaming all the time at a little girl working in the restaurant. The girl is very nice and fluent in the English. We tried as much as possible to smile and busy her from her aunt’s (as I thought) but screaming continued for a long time at the beautiful little girl, to the point that we felt very nervous and could not bear it any longer and left. Shame, shame, shame on the parents for allowing their daughter to work in the restaurant. Shame on the woman in the kitchen for hurting this little girl by screaming. I am very sad for the girl and I hope that someone who knows the family will convey to them what I wrote. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

What a mistake it was going here. Ordered pizza and pasta. The ingredients all tasted like mush (frozen) nothing was fresh. The short older lady has no service skills at all and no respect. She told us they only had pizza and pasta and only one chef so most menu items were not available. Also please note regarding the toilet is the smallest toilet I have ever seen. Overall it was not a good experience but worst of all the lady in charge of service should not be in a customer facing role.
