I'm sure they'll stay here again!

I was in the lagoons. but I didn't like her service. had to call several times to do something. the tw did not work and they gave us two single beds (I had to connect them to each other) . Why did they not prepare the room for 2 people (as I mentioned in the book I wanted 1 large bed) that is beyond me. for the price I pay, I expect a good service. room is clean and washroom is nice, but for the service I can not say that I enjoyed the stay.
