I enjoyed a lunch featuring six appetizers and mains made with local ingredients, including a delicious additional dessert. The gnocchi with gorgonzola sauce was a perfect match! The appetizers are always delicious. I revisited and had smoked salmon and mushroom cream pasta, followed by tiramisu. It was still delicious. On my third visit, I had beef ragu and onion gratin soup. This soup is perfect for the cold winter months.
The atmosphere was nice and stylish, with a calming interior. The deer meatballs were juicy and tasty without any strong flavors. I also enjoyed the cheese risotto and pizza. I would definitely like to try other items on the menu as well.
The pasta dish of venison meat sauce at Mukawa's Hoshino Shoten was impressive. It was truly delicious. The chef's skills shine through. The richness of the game meat was beautifully expressed. The homemade thick pasta paired with the venison meat sauce is outstanding, and I might just become addicted to it.
