The name caught my attention and I was amused to see that it was run by just one elderly man. The miso ramen had a simple, old-fashioned flavor with a nice richness to it that made it delicious.

It was my first time at this restaurant and I became obsessed with their fried rice. One bite and I was amazed. It tasted familiar... and the crispy edges and perfect amount of salt suited my palate perfectly. Since then, the ramen set has been something I look forward to and thanks to it, I was able to work hard. Unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to go to Hidaka recently, so I haven't been able to visit the restaurant. But my taste buds are craving your ramen set these days.
