My nose was stuffy so I couldn't taste the food well. The photo is of miso ramen. The chashu was thick and delicious. My friends said it reminded them of home and was tasty. I wonder if just two women are running the place. They seemed really busy but their service was not bad. I visited during the Golden Week holiday and it was crowded enough to wait in line.

It's tender when eaten normally, but the deliciousness increases when you first bury the chashu under the noodles and eat it. It's a sumire set, so sometimes I eat the chashu on top of the half fried rice.

The soup is tasty too - it's a bit strong but not too much, with a refreshing scent of soy sauce and fruit. Just drinking it makes me feel happy.
