There... read more As you open the door of the restaurant, you are greeted by a beautifully glowing deep red fireplace and slow JAZZ music playing from the "BOSE" speakers. There are three counter seats - two seats for two and one seat for four. As you sit on the chairs, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the streets of Nagano and the mountains beyond from the long, large window. The menu is simple, offering two varieties of coffee blends and the day's recommendation. I always enjoy their homemade bread, pizza, and cakes. It's a place where time seems to stand still, and you can rest both your mind and body. Highly recommended.

I love drinking coffee at cafes while looking at the scenery and daydreaming, so I immediately fell in love with this place. It was amazing. I looked up the name "Inkarushi" thinking it might be Ainu language, and it turns out it means a place with a good view or scenery (I apologize if I got it wrong). You can see the Ishikari Plain, Mt. Teine, Mt. Eniwa, Mt. Tarumae...it's incredibly beautiful. It's like a scene straight out of Hokkaido. And on the right side, you can see Otaru, and on the left side, you can see Tomakomai (the kind manager explained this to us)! It was overcast on the day we visited, but I definitely want to come back when it's sunny. The interior of the restaurant is very stylish. The stove was quite warm. They also had books about mountains and manga. It's a lovely place, so please do visit. I also want to recommend it to people from the Kanto region. We ordered pizza, coffee, and ginger ale, but I forgot to take a picture ;ﾟロﾟ

Unfortunately, the weather was not great on the day I visited, but I think the view would be enjoyable on a sunny day. I tried their recommended coffee and it was delicious, the first time in a while I've had such good coffee. I plan to visit in the summer and winter on a clear day. I gave it four stars because I couldn't fully enjoy the view.
