The lamb flavor in the iron skillet was strong, so those who don't like lamb may not enjoy it, but as a lamb lover, I found it addictive. The stew had a slightly milder lamb flavor and was easy to eat. The rice disappeared in no time. The set menu included appetizers, vegetable juice, main course, dessert, and a drink. The appetizer was full of vegetables and deliciously fresh. I will definitely come back to eat here again when I visit Hokkaido!
