The amount of sauce poured by the old lady was exquisite, not too spicy when abundant and didn't need to be added when scarce. The outside was crispy while the inside was moist, with the parts where the soba noodles came out and became crispy being even more delicious. Overall, it was a delicious okonomiyaki. While the appearance may be old and a little intimidating, it is a hidden gem of a restaurant.
