The soy sauce ramen came with finely sliced stir-fried pork, bamboo shoots, wood ear mushrooms, bean sprouts, and komatsuna. The aroma and crispiness of the komatsuna were excellent. The pork was coated with potato starch or wheat flour, making it smooth and tender. The noodles were medium-thin and straight, cooked slightly on the softer side.
