They have a great selection of sake as well, including Shinsei 14th generation, Imada, Hitorokuju, Senchuhassaku, Mitsui no Kotobuki, Hakkaisan, and Dewazakura. What impressed me even more was the hospitality of the master and the hostess. I don't have family in the countryside, so I imagine this is what it would be like if I went back home.
