The dishes in ankake are always piping hot. The nostalgic flavors are consistent and comforting, incredibly tasty, and the portions are generous, making it a truly amazing restaurant! The staff are friendly and it's a wonderful place to relax. These kinds of restaurants are becoming rare, so I hope it continues for a long time. Additional: The Stamina Ramen with fried sweet and savory pork and ankake with balanced nira moyashi is delicious! Additional: I tried the Tantanmen. It's almost not spicy, with a great sesame aroma, and you can feel the kindness and care put into it. Everything I tried was delicious!
