It had just opened and there was a line of people waiting. There were quite a few people who had come from afar before, so I think there were many people who were looking forward to the opening. Personally, I like the taste and aroma of this bakery, so I hope it will become a popular shop here as well. There are quite a few hard breads, so I think it is a rare bakery in this area. This time, I bought Bacon Epi (I love it so much that I buy it every time) and Mentaiko France, among others. I was disappointed that my favorite cranberry and nut bread was not available. I heard that the prices have gone up due to the relocation, but on the bright side, the bags are now free. I plan to continue using this bakery regularly in the future!

Currently, entering the store is one person at a time, so there may be a line at the entrance, but the building is clean and has big windows so you can see inside, which was exciting and made the wait enjoyable. After entering, the staff greeted me with "Thank you for waiting patiently" which was reassuring and allowed me to choose calmly. The croissants, mentaiko bread, melon bread, baguettes, etc. all have solid ingredients and are reliable for satisfying post-meal cravings, so you can't go wrong. I don't want to give too much away, but... I want the store to succeed so I'm posting this. I will definitely visit again.

I was really impressed the first time I tried it. The subtle sweetness of the red bean paste paired with the rich butter is a perfect match! The parking lot is spacious enough for about 7 cars. There is nothing around the restaurant (unfortunately). Only one group can enter the restaurant at a time, so be prepared to wait in line. Please note that they are closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
