It is one of my top 3 restaurants for hearty meals. While I love Jiro-style ramen, this place offers a unique twist with its larger-sized bowls when you order the "extra-large" option. The noodles are thinner than traditional Jiro-style, but still have a great chewy texture. It's truly a treat to have 3 slices of pork included in the default order. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the Jiro-inspired ramen here, especially for fans of the style!

It looks like Jiro-style ramen, but the contents are rich and creamy, with a lot of garlic flavor, and it was delicious. The second time, I tried the rich Chinese ramen. It had a lot of rich toppings, and the soup was sweet with a hint of richness, like a sweet soup with depth. The chicken was tender, with a texture similar to grilled chicken. There are many unique ramen dishes here, which may be due to the differences in coastal and inland cultures. Many tourists come from other prefectures to try these ramen dishes, and I felt like customers were coming from various places. I look forward to trying out different menu items.
