The ramen had a unique soy sauce-based soup, reminiscent of old-fashioned Chinese noodles, with a slightly sour punch that was refreshing. The flavor of the chashu was great, and the thin noodles matched the soup perfectly. After a few bites, it might become addictive! Next time, I will try the half fried rice set.
