The unique soup was delicious and addictive! Just like the reviews said, both the char siu and fried rice were incredibly tasty! The owner was also very friendly and attentive.
The ramen at this restaurant has a unique depth of flavor that is hard to find elsewhere. As others have mentioned, the soup has a slight acidity to it, but it serves as a delicious accent. Additionally, the fried rice is light and tasty.
The other day, on the way to fishing in Heisei-cho with friends, I decided to stop by "Ichifuku" because I love ramen. The ramen had a unique soy sauce-based soup, reminiscent of old-fashioned Chinese noodles, with a slightly sour punch that was refreshing. The flavor of the chashu was great, and the thin noodles matched the soup perfectly. After a few bites, it might become addictive! Next time, I will try the half fried rice set.
