I don't think you would get this amount at other restaurants if you order just Twice-cooked Pork. The daily lunch specials allow you to choose from the menu shown in the picture every day. It's a great option as it's no longer truly "daily specials," allowing you to choose your favorite each time. I will definitely come back here. The unique and delicious flavor, which seems to cater to Japanese tastes while maintaining Taiwanese authenticity, makes me wonder if the chef is from Taiwan. Taiwanese cuisine naturally suits Japanese preferences, making this a very good restaurant.
