There are two types of tai meshi available - one with mixed ingredients and the other with sashimi like the one served at this restaurant. In the hometown of Uwajima, sashimi and rice are usually served separately, but here they are served together in a bowl with sashimi and a small egg yolk on top of the rice. The side dishes that come with it vary depending on the season, but are generally tasty.

The sea bream rice bowl was incredibly delicious!!! *If you are not good with raw eggs, please be careful. It was not a huge portion, so for a big eater like me, it was a little bit lacking, but the taste was outstandingly delicious!
