As for the udon, it is homemade hand-cut noodles with a medium thickness. While they may look soft, they have a firm chewiness that is unique to hand-cut noodles. With a slightly thinner width, they also have a good mouthfeel. As for the broth, I initially thought it looked like a light and mild broth, but as soon as I took a sip, the broth made from various seafood spread throughout my mouth, with a hint of a tangy flavor that was its characteristic taste. The price was also reasonable.

My wife had the ten-toji-don and mini udon set (920 yen). The ten-toji-don had beef on top of small shrimp tempura. Personally, I recommend the large zaru soba.
