I went to this restaurant that had caught my eye for a while. It appears to be a renovated old mansion. The ambiance of the restaurant is very Japanese, and I enjoyed a delicious pasta dish. The interior has a Japanese atmosphere, with even a small shrine. I ordered the B-course lunch set, which included steamed vegetables, fresh pasta, and coffee. There are about 10 different types of fresh pasta to choose from, and I selected the "Lemon Spaghetti with Shrimp and Clams." The steamed vegetables that came before the pasta were delicious, and the Lemon Spaghetti with Shrimp and Clams was also very tasty. The presentation was beautiful, and I felt a bit reluctant to disturb it with my fork. Although I opted for a course without dessert this time, I heard that the desserts are also very popular. The service from the staff was excellent, and I left completely satisfied. I definitely hope to visit again in the future.
This pasta restaurant with a traditional Japanese house atmosphere is simply lovely from the moment you step in. I ordered the lunch course and the first dish, a steamed vegetable soup, had a delicious broth and a comforting taste that made me feel happy. For the main course, I ordered the Hakata mentaiko cream pasta. I was worried it might be too heavy, but the addition of shiso made it refreshing and easy to eat. Even if it felt a bit heavy, adding some lemon halfway through made it light again! The dessert, mango sorbet, was consistently delicious and photogenic. I had a blissful lunchtime experience.
