It was very delicious. I was a little confusing to buy a meal ticket, but the staff taught me with explanation, so I did not disturb the latter. Even though it was , the staff's response was wonderful. Soy sauce for the spine pork bone was not a godegote pork bone, but it was a good fit. There is a limited time menu, so I want to try again.

We came for early dinner so place is not crowded. it is a 2 staff ramen shop but service is quite fast. I regret coming only on my last day in Hakodate, the ramen is awesome. my new favorite. I had the Salt ramen and had a taste of the miso, i prefer the salt, very clean taste yet so rich, large serving too. their fried rice is very tasty. im sure to come back when i visit Hakodate in the future.

Shio ramen might have been the favorite of our whole trip to Japan. Order from the machine and wait patiently. Then, excellence is delivered. We were not expecting much from just salt ramen , but we were pleasantly surprised by the subtle complexity of flavors. The noodles and toppings were also excellent.

Im not really a noodle person but one i can say the meat is super duper tender and the portion is big! Other than ramen, gyoza is highly recommended!! Its crispy outside and super juicy inside. Make sure u eat it while its still hot! And. Very affordable price for those portion

Hakodate is famous for its shio ramen. A light clear broth flavoured with salt. Hakodate Noodles Enjin was close to our hotel, JR station, and the fish markets. It's also highly rated for Japan where I've noticed not many restaurants score much above 4 on Google. The shio ramen is light with subtle flavours. Not the typical thick, tonkotsu style that you get elsewhere. When in Hakodate you must try the local specialty and this place does it well. Today we also had a side of gyoza which was great dipped in vinegar and a drop of chili oil.
