The food is very delicate and top-notch quality, yet reasonably priced, with excellent service. While all the dishes are delicious, my favorites are the sea urchin with fruit tomatoes, chicken white livers with apple sauce, crab and seafood risotto, and beef ichibo.

They offer delicate, high-quality dishes at a reasonable price and provide excellent service. Every dish I tried was exceptional, but my favorites include the suligiel with fruit tomatoes, white liver with apple sauce, crab and seafood risotto, and bark meibo. This hidden gem in Hakodate is definitely worth a visit.
