I ordered the Iwanori ramen for 730 yen and used a topping service ticket to add a soft-boiled egg. The bowl arrived in about 5 minutes, and I took a mouthful of the delicious smelling soup with the aroma of seaweed and dried fish. The collaboration of flavors was exquisite and tasty. Next, as I ate the noodles, I found the medium-thin curly noodles to be delicious as they soaked up the soup. I think this would be enjoyed by those who like dried fish flavors. The seaweed also blended well with the broth, which was nice. I personally felt that the soup was slightly lukewarm, hence the minus one star. Overall, I think the dish was well-prepared and I would like to visit again if I have the chance. Thank you for the meal.
