Zhōng Guó Fàn Wū Jīn Wǔ Láng

I visited this restaurant for the first time on my way home from work. I ordered the green pepper pork with noodles with a savory sauce, which I had been craving for a while. The thin noodles were covered in hot green pepper pork sauce, and I enjoyed it from start to finish while it was still hot.

This is a Chinese restaurant in Shiwa City. It has a tavern-like atmosphere where you can enjoy hotel-style Chinese cuisine. Overall, the dishes were a bit salty, but maybe that's because they serve alcohol too? The owner used to be a chef at a hotel, so the food is delicious.

The restaurant is open from 5:30 in the evening, closed on Thursdays. The parking lot is a bit small. The beer is delicious. They have a welcome board with recommended dishes that are not listed on the menu. The cold mabo noodles are quite spicy, so be careful if you don't like spicy food. T_T

麻婆麺が美味しいと言われ頼んでみたものの、やっぱりここの麻婆豆腐をわざわざラーメンスープで薄めることはないと思いました。 初注文の大根もちは美味しかったです。

うまかったよ。 ただメニューがいっぱいありすぎて 選べない。 100回ぐらい通い詰めないとわからないな
