I compared the soba and udon, and both were delicious. The soba had a good texture. The portion may be a little small for men. The soba pudding had a strong aroma of soba. They seem to focus on using locally sourced ingredients.

Located right next to Daikoyama Station, the restaurant was fully booked with several customers waiting around noon. I could tell that it was a popular spot among locals. The menu featured specialty soba noodles and dipping sauce, as indicated on the description. I ordered the limited salad soba, which was delicious with a generous amount of vegetables and chicken. It was a refreshing dish, perfect for a hot day. For dessert, I ordered the kudzu pudding, which was rich and creamy. The staff was also very friendly and attentive.

I visited a solo exhibition opened by my middle school classmate 48 years ago at From Winds and came all the way from Kurashiki. I found "Hatsuhana Soba Oyamayama Station Front Store" on the internet. The assorted buckwheat noodles were carefully selected and delicious, definitely worth the visit!

腰のある細めの蕎麦でした。 冷やしなのに、蕎麦湯も出ました。 揚げたての天ぷらで美味しかったです。

久々に立ち寄らせていただきましたが、店内は周りのお客さんとの間隔も空いており居心地が良くなっていました。 天丼とお蕎麦のセットが平日だと少し安くなる様なので、そちらをチョイス！ 13時過ぎに入店しましたが、ご飯の用意があまり無かったようで、後から来たお客さんはお蕎麦のみでの注文となっていました。 地元のお客さんに人気なので早めに来た方が良さそうです。 天丼の海老はプレミアムグレードの海老を使用しているとのことで、肉厚でしっかりとした印象があり、天ぷらも美味しかったです。 お蕎麦の方は細麺で喉越しがよく、少し濃いめの蕎麦つゆに良く合っていて美味しく最後までいただけました。 数量限定のそば茶プリンは香りがよく、濃厚なバニラアイスと手作り黒蜜が絶品でした。 またご褒美ランチに伺います！
