Butter Chicken Recipe
To start, preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and melt a few tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Slowly cook the onion and garlic until the onion caramelizes to a dark brown, about 15 minutes. In a separate saucepan, melt the remaining butter over medium-high heat and add in the tomato sauce, heavy cream, salt, cayenne pepper, and garam masala. Let it simmer for 30 minutes on medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. The key to a rich and flavorful sauce is allowing it to simmer and develop its depth of flavor.
While the sauce is simmering, toss cubed chicken breast with vegetable oil and season with tandoori masala. Spread the chicken out onto a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes, or until no longer pink in the center. Once the chicken is cooked, add it to the sauce and let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together and creates a deliciously cohesive dish.

You need to add 5x more garam marsala then the recipe calls for and you can do with out the onions which do nothing for itI omitted the garlic also.
