Churros Recipe

First, heat up water, a couple tablespoons of sugar, salt, and vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Once it's boiling, take it off the heat and mix in flour until it forms a ball.

Next, heat up some oil in a deep-fryer or skillet to about 375 degrees F. Use a pastry bag to pipe strips of the dough into the hot oil. Fry them up until they're golden brown, then let them drain on some paper towels.

Finally, mix together the rest of the sugar and some cinnamon. Roll the drained churros in the sugar and cinnamon mixture until they're coated. Serve them up to whoever demanded them in the first place.
