this place is surprisingly great. I'm not vegan, but looking for a local cafe and everything I had was better than 99.99% of his non-vegans counterparts. the glazed strawberry jelly filled and cinnamon glazed tasty and had the consistency of a prefect regular teigs. the milk cappuccino I had used good quality coffee beans (not sure whether it was freshly roasted, but it tasted as such) and had simply a very pleasant... $3 for everyone donut? I only ate half because I felt so guilty. typical inner city san jose area with müll, which illuminates the walking and homeless junk (flaps, styrofoam container, chicken bones) directly in front.
I couldn't believe the vegan donuts were so delicious for my vegetarian brother! I also enjoyed their Thai Iced Tea. The server was very kind and even gave us extra donut holes. I wish I lived closer so I could visit this restaurant more often.
Absolutely love that there is an entire store full of vegan donuts and so many flavors! I am not a big donut person but was intrigued by this place since a while ... just wasn't able to match my timing to get there early but I finally did and the place did not disappoint. We got a cake cinnamon crumble cake donut, a green tea regular donut and a maple glaze regular donut. The server also added a few donut holes on the house. Everything including donut holes was good. I much prefer the regular donuts to the cake one.. the cake one is crumbly. The flavor of green tea was not very strong. Would love if this place offered churros!
These are among the best donuts I’ve ever had. I’m a proud vegan and love our cuisine, but I have to admit these donuts were so good I found myself questioning whether they really were 100% vegan. Maybe they aren’t, and the boss’ name is “Vegan?”
Don't miss out on the chance to try some of the best donuts in town. Let me tell you a story: when we arrived at 10:30, it was clear that the donut selection was limited. As I waited in line, I watched in disappointment as customers ahead of me ordered multiple dozens, leaving few options for me. Despite missing out on the coveted matcha donut, I ended up enjoying the blueberry old fashioned, oreo, and maple glaze donuts that I did manage to purchase. Although I was a bit sad and frustrated, I appreciated the deliciousness of the donuts I did get. Each donut cost around $3, and I plan on returning to this vegan donut shop for my chance at redemption.
This place deserves 5 stars for sure! Big selection of delicious donuts, donut holes, bear claws etc, really good coffee and super friendly staff! I love starting my Sunday morning motorcycle rides with their coffee and sweet goodies.
