Tots Recipe
To begin this recipe, start by washing and peeling russet potatoes, then cutting them into small cubes. Boil the potatoes until they are fork-tender, then drain and allow them to cool completely. Once cooled, use a potato masher to mash the potatoes until they are smooth and free of lumps.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes with flour, cornstarch, and seasonings such as salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until the ingredients are well incorporated, then shape the potato mixture into small cylindrical tots.
