Pancake Recipe

To start off, you gonna need some all-purpose flour, a bit of sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, an egg, and a touch of melted butter. Now, my mama always said that the secret to makin' fluffy pancakes is to not overmix the batter. So, just mix the dry ingredients together in one bowl, then whisk in the wet ingredients until they're just combined.

Now, when I was a youngin', my siblings and I used to wake up early on Saturday mornin's and beg my mama to make us pancakes for breakfast. She would tell us that pancakes were a special treat and she would always make 'em with lots of love. And let me tell ya, that love really does make a difference in how those pancakes turn out.
