Hey! I just finished the salad. It went quick. The cucumber juice makes it quite spicy. I also added some turmeric. salt pepper. Ready. Delicious! - Will be taken to work tomorrow. - I will do it more often. LG Lowy

Oh, it is delicious! I have to say I was very skeptical at first. I found the combination of rice and tuna a bit hard to get used to. but it tastes delicious and is very quick. I had no tomatoes, instead I chopped bell peppers. mmmmmhhhh.
