**Dining at The Celery Stalk: A Hidden Gem for Sandwich Lovers** The Celery Stalk is a cherished, bustling spot known for its freshly made sandwiches and daily soup specials. While its charm lies in its homey atmosphere and delicious offerings—from meatball grinders to flavorful soups—experiences can vary. Some patrons have noted occasional rude service, particularly during busy hours, while others praise the friendliness of the staff. The venue’s cash-only policy may catch some off guard, but the delightful, made-from-scratch food, including highly recommended chili and tortellini soup, makes it worth the visit. For a satisfying, affordable meal, this local gem should not be missed.

Was Jason Edwards at Celery Stalk a mag?
In town from Colorado, had lunch here. Food was good, people behind the counter were fine, not rude or hurrying in anyway! The history on the walls was neat to see, and the first cash only place I've been too in a long while, would go back for another seafood sandwhich! View all feedback.

What Patricia Taylor dislikes about Celery Stalk:
Hole in the wall. Nothing great about a veggie sub ordered.Ladies making sandwich loudmouthed us the bathroom rules like we were bums.Should have said keep your sandwich! They sent us to a CVS like it was a common thing.People at CVS said no restaurants are supposed send there customers .Mean CVS employees, loud mouths at the barely clean or palatable Celery Stalk.Save your time, money and any hope of finding a kind hu... It's best to order in advance, as this place gets very busy with to-go orders around midday, though they do have a few tables inside and a picnic table outside. My husband raved about the Bratwurst grinder he had yesterday, and my grandson couldn't stop talking about how delicious his cold cut grinder was. My husband is also crazy about the cream of mushroom soup—everything they serve is just delicious! On Mondays, I look forward to their split pea soup, which is only available on Tuesdays and sells out quickly, so make sure to order early. At noon, it’s usually gone! Their chicken soup is popular every day, too; it's not bland or overly salty like many soups these days—it's flavorful and truly homemade! Their chili is excellent, but very spicy, as I discovered yesterday. So, my husband ended up having my chili because he enjoyed it so much! They also have daily soup specials. I can't believe this place only has four stars; it truly deserves five stars as a sandwich shop! If you’re looking for a delicious, freshly made lunch at a great price, then “The Celery Stalk” is absolutely the place to be!

It's best to place your order in advance, as this place gets quite busy at lunchtime with take-out orders. They do have a few tables inside and one picnic table outside for dining in. My husband raved about his roast beef grinder yesterday, and my grandson couldn’t stop talking about how delicious his cold cut grinder was. My husband also goes crazy for their freshly made cream of mushroom soup—every soup they make is delicious! On Mondays, I particularly look forward to their split pea and ham soup, which is only available on Tuesdays. It’s hard to find a soup that good, but be warned: it sells out early, so be sure to order ahead or you’ll miss out! Their chicken rice soup is available every day and is packed with flavor—not bland or overly salty like so many soups you encounter nowadays. Their chili is excellent as well, but quite spicy, as I discovered yesterday! My husband ended up taking home my leftover chili for another meal. They offer daily soup specials, and I can’t understand why this place only has four stars—it definitely deserves five! If you're looking for a delicious, freshly made lunch that won't break the bank, “THE CELERY STALK” is the place for you!

The food was sub par and way over priced. Not worth the bag it came in. Parking: Rude service
