really good. with these tuna rats I garnished mini toasts, but also mini blinis, but also crawl as suggested. it's better homemade.
well, be careful not to apply too much oil as I am. I took dill instead of basilikum and it worked very well on a rustic homemade brot made in the morning and very crispy!
with mascarpone instead of sour cream and finely chopped schalottes and especially well season.
