I had already come to Jan two years ago, I had loved it but the menu is simply succulent. each dish is an explosion of flavor, an invitation to the unforgettable, a gustative journey. the only risk: addiction! Bravo to chief yann and his ultra pro and smiling team.
Here is a gastronomic gem not like the others, a wonderful heartfelt address to a stone jet from the port of nice, a place of mouth not to be missed under any pretext. Sincerely I have rarely been surprised by a meal. The dishes are delicious, excellent, everything and the service is extremely competent. Bravo to all and you can exist for a long time!!!!
Exceptional evening, very attentive and ultra professional staff. At the level of culinary experience, there is no false note, all dishes combine with many flavors and delicious discoveries. You can cross the street to discover the room or wait for a magnificent table filled with twenty different cheeses, different dried fruits, pears with wines and other vegetables with vinegar... The dessert was served in the same room or we ended the evening with little mignardises as tasty as the rest. What others say, except that it is a must-have address for anyone who likes to have fun. Thanks again to the restaurant staff, it was magical.
