When looking for possible uses for the recently made wild garlic paste, also according to your recipe, your schnitzel was of course immediately available. In the hope that I wouldn't have to cook tomorrow, I prepared a larger portion ... but everything was eaten up pretty quickly, bad luck; o) The crust was just delicious, crispy, aromatic, strong and spicy, a pleasure! There was also asparagus from the oven in their own juice and mashed potatoes.
