Hello! I've just made this recipe again - of course you can also use fresh, finely chopped wild garlic (about 1 bunch) instead of the wild garlic paste! In this case, add a little more oil and salt. Put any remaining breadcrumbs in small piles in the baking dish and bake with them ... Cordially - Hias

Hello Hias, yesterday we had these delicious schnitzel, they stayed juicy and tender under the crust. The crust itself was a poem and even my son, who doesn't eat much meat, finished off his schnitzel whole. This dish has earned 5 stars, just perfect! Hello Hias, here it was similar to Nela. When looking for possible uses for the recently made wild garlic paste, also according to your recipe, your schnitzel was of course immediately available. In the hope that I wouldn't have to cook tomorrow, I prepared a larger portion ... but everything was eaten up pretty quickly, bad luck; o) The crust was just delicious, crispy, aromatic, strong and spicy, a pleasure! There was also asparagus from the oven in their own juice and mashed potatoes. Unfortunately, all of my photos have become a bit blurry, so you can only see the result in my profile in the photo album; I didn't dare to upload it here ... and there's nothing left for a new photo. : o)) Next, I'll probably try your fish recipe with wild garlic.
