Delicious! I added chopped leftover chicken, 2nd layer added frozen peas,topped with mashed potatoes, chicken version of shepherds pie

I used this recipe as a guide on how to make a basic chicken gravy with broth and Putnam it over mashed potatoesI made a few changes, however.

I left out the heavy cream. It was perfect, silky smooth and creamy. Delicious!
