The Indian dishes at this restaurant are very flavorful and spicy. The lunch menu offers a wide variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the dahl, garlic naan, and mango Lassi. The service was good, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Parking is plentiful with both free parking lot and street parking available. Takeaway tirned into lunchtime done in special. $15 curry naan upgraded to garlic (heaps of) and onion bahji along with Kingfisher beer. So very delicious, just right spoce in chicken tikka masala. Definitely will be back for more Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: NZ$20–30

I visited this restaurant while travelling to Dunedin as a stopover. I had lunch at this place and I ordered dal makhani, roti and Mango lassi. I didn’t like the food at all, I felt weird taste in Dal Makhani and no seasoning at all. I waited for the person so that I can tell him the situation , but he never came back at the table and he was so lethargic that he forget my drink and that time it was only 2 tables. table of 3 and mine). At the time of billing, I mentioned that, I didn’t get my drink and he responded with a big smile ohh sorry, and said take it now.. I think there is no concept of service recovery or you take single diners just for granted. I don’t think I would be recommending this restaurant to someone.
