The homemade bread pastries and other goodies are all amazing. It is rare to find this traditional homemade bread these days in Germany. I had a bread with beetroot and a cinnamon roll. Perfect also for working, meeting with friends and having a lazy breakfast. The couple who runs it is incredibly sweet and they seem to know all about Weimar s art scene.

Sehr gutes, kleines Café und Brotmanufaktur. Es gibt eine Auswahl an selbstgebackenen Brot und Kuchen - alles sehr, sehr lecker!Es gibt wunderbare Sandwichs, herrliches Brioche, bestes Bananenbrot.Die Brotklappe hat Donnerstag bis Montag ab 9 Uhr geöffnet. Montags gibt es ab 18 Uhr Pizza! Man kann auch lecker frühstücken.Wer gutes Brot liebt, muss hier vorbeikommen! Es lohnt sich.Neben dem Koriat ist dies einer meiner Lieblingsläden in Weimar.Siehe auch Brotklappe.de
Great for lunch. We had a burger with eggs and vegetables. Very delicious. We will be recommended for bread again.
This is a bakery in Weimar. You can not only find freshly baked sourdough bread, but also delicious breakfast, cakes, big coffee among others. Friendly service and they also communicate in English.
