Wonderful evening! We have a very great waitress who made us really special. She was extremely attentive to what the drinks and choice of dishes are. A great praise to the lady! We (2 people) each had an appetizer, main course and dessert. Especially well we liked the small card, each 5-6 appetizers, main courses and desserts. It was taken into consideration for allergies and three different spreads were added to the bread. We're more than happy and we're still swarming from the food. Quality, temperature, dressed...all wonderful!
Delicate dishes, great wines and excellent service. Not cheap, but worth every cent.
Restaurant Anna is located on the market 19, in 99423 Weimar. The regional cuisine of the well-known restaurant is known in Weimar for its authentic cuisine and modern crafts. Recently I drank a well-maintained beer and ate a duck liver mango. Both were very delicious. The staff is very friendly, helpful and very valuable. Very recommended! Ladies and gentlemen, I can thank you for your quick answer. Nothing gives me more strength than the fact that there are still people who, despite their professional obligations, find the time to encourage others and to thank them. Very nice place, with a great atmosphere that we really enjoyed. The course menu selection is impressive, but this time we went for the à la carte option. The foie gras was excellent, and the lamb as the main course was even better — absolutely delicious. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the risotto, which was a bit too al dente for our taste. Otherwise, everything was outstanding. We highly recommend starting the evening with aperitif cocktails in the front bar — their selection of alcohol-free cocktails is especially good. Afterwards, we finished with coffees there as well, which made for a very cozy and comforting ending to the evening.
AnnA: Where expectations and reality politely ignore each other There are evenings you won 't soon forget – not because they were great, but because you witnessed a tragicomic performance in which expectations and reality politely avoid each other. At the AnnA restaurant, they present themselves as a stage for good taste, but the play ends in the second act: The duck liver was so dry it almost crackled, the lamb was preserved in salt like a relic from better times, and the veal – cold, tough, joyless – left the kitchen presumably against its will. I pointed out the defect – in the presence of the chef, mind you. The reaction: silence. No regret, no attempt at redress, not even the polite gesture of asking. My untouched plate was discreetly removed, as if someone wanted to quickly dispose of the evidence of the evening. Then, as the evening was already spiraling toward absurdity, our waitress approached the table—not to defuse the faux pas, but to deliver a five-minute sales pitch about future culinary experiences. Complete with flyers. Anyone expecting empathy will be met with embarrassment. The AnnA restaurant confuses nobility with nonchalance, luxury with noise, and service with self-indulgence. This isn 't about dining; this is about posing. The bottom line: A restaurant that dreams of grandeur but fails because of its own injustice—and doesn 't even realize how loudly it 's failing.
