Located near the State Library, this cafe is a great spot to relax and refresh with a cup of chamomile tea served in a beautiful red saucer. While the coffee may not be exceptional and the service lacking at times, the cafe's convenient location and early opening hours make it a nice stop for a quiet coffee or a quick meal. The friendly staff and good value food options add to the appeal of this cafe for visitors exploring the library and museum area.

Was Richard Newton at Café Trim a mag?
A great quiet place to have a coffee while either visiting the library to study or to see the library and museum area. The coffee was good, if not a little overpriced, and the food options seemed to be fairly good value for money too. Staff were friendly and very conscious of clearing dirty tables etc. View all feedback.
What Tania Conn dislikes about Café Trim:
in the middle of a study day in the state library, we stopped taking a tee to refresh and relax! I really enjoyed the cameillete it came in a beautiful red saucer and she even gave us extra honey on the side as well! super comfortable and well located if they are ever in the state library. Nice and quiet spot, but coffee is not great and service is in the same spirit. This is a shame as they have a wonderful location. Good point they even open earlier than the library
