I placed an order here on November 17, 2022. The first dish I received was completely undercooked. I informed them, and they offered to remake it, but the second attempt was also raw. Then they mentioned that the oven was broken, yet they were still accepting orders from customers. I spoke to the shop manager about fixing the oven.
